The home was probably built by R. H. Lee, who was
District Attorney here in the early part of the
twentieth century, most likely during the 1910s. By 1930
it was the home of Walter and Mildred Webb, he served as
Mayor of Minden at one time and she was Postmaster here
from 1921. This was once the residence of Dr. S. W.
Pittman. Now owned by the Jones family.
